#### Verify User Details

* Ensure that the Jira account ID, email, and token are correctly configured in the SQA Manage Account section. This step is critical to ensure proper synchronization of user and issue data.

#### Synchronisation Workflow

* When an issue is created in Jira and synchronised to SimplifyQA, the system checks the provided Jira account ID, email ID, and token.
* If the user details in Jira match the configured details in SimplifyQA, the associated user email will be fetched and reflected in SimplifyQA.
* If there is no match or the details are missing, the issue will automatically be assigned to the default SimplifyQA email ID.
